A fit body leads to fits mind. Fitness through exercise Nowadays there is a trend of going gym among the students . But some of them can't go gym because of three reasons. They are:- 1) They can't manage time . 2) They can't invest money because going gym per month cost at least Rs (500 - 1000). 3) They can't buy supplements(Creatine , Bcaa , fish oil , whey protein , AHCC , casein and many others). So without gym and supplements we can't build a good physic? Umm..that's not true , we can build a good physic at home also.
